It’s not often that a barn conversion starts with just three walls, but that is where we started with this project. Not only did we have to recreate the intricate stone walls of the original building but we had to create a completely new roof whilst retaining all of the character of the original building.
And once we had finished the outside, we then turned our skills to the inside, creating a perfectly modern living space for a family. The end result was stunning, perfectly combining original features with modern living to give the client an imposing country home.

Having inherited a country house in France, our clients needed to completely renovate the inside of the house whilst adding extensions to the outside. This was complicated by the fact that our clients needed to live in the property during the renovation and had a very young family.
Using traditional methods and working with different types of stone and wood, we created an open and modern space that, from the outside, looked as though it had been there for a century or more. With builders and clients ‘living’ in harmony throughout the project.

Often when a client moves into a new house, the first item on the agenda is to give the new home a personal touch. In this case, the client wanted to redesign and refit most rooms within the house whilst giving the outside a completely new feel by way of a new decking area built of stone.
In a matter of just a few weeks, we had transformed the inside of the house, giving the client a new home he could call his own. And on the outside, we created a superb decking area with glass balustrade; perfect for entertaining.

A client had struggled for years with their bathroom being downstairs and wanted to see if an ensuite shower room and toilet could be installed upstairs. The challenge though was the space available for the new 'bathroom' which at the time was just a small room with a toilet.
With some clever manipulation of the existing space and just a little enlargment, we created a perfectly sized shower room which means the client no longer needs to make the journey downstairs each morning.
